What is the difference between Starter and Solo?
Starter covers 1 client and 4 scans — it is the right entry point if you want to evaluate the platform before committing to a full annual engagement. Solo covers up to 3 clients and 12 scans, which is the right choice for active PR practice or ongoing client mandates.
Are there refunds?
Plans are sold as a one-time annual purchase and are non-refundable once the purchase is complete. The 14-day free trial is built into the product so you can fully evaluate it before paying. Narrow exceptions apply for service failure on our side, wrongful charges, and unauthorised use of your payment method — see our Refund Policy.
What counts as one scan?
One full discovery scan across 60+ sources for one client — generates the complete SRE Discovery Report with LSI score and frame analysis.
Is my data confidential?
Strictly yes. Each client is isolated. Your data is never used to train models, never shared with other accounts, and encrypted at rest and in transit.
